CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

We are informing you that in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Individual Enterprises and Joint-Stock Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, the members of the Board of JSC “Biržų žemtiekimas” have made decision and renamed company to JSC “Žemtiekimas”.

This change is applied to:
• Name: JSC “Žemtiekimas”;
• The trade mark:

The name JSC “Žemtiekimas” has been used since 9th February 2022.
Only the name and the trade mark are changed. The company’s code, registered address and legal form remain the same.
We would like to note that the change of the name will not make effect on our further successful communication and proper implementation of obligations and rights.
